PatMap patent analysis software has been launched
How to quickly analyze and track the R&D progress of competitors is a problem that all new drug R&D companies need to solve. After a new patent on a popular target is published, there will often be a large number of followers competing in this field. How to obtain the SAR information in patent documents in the first time to quickly conduct follow-up research is a headache for medicinal chemists. The traditional method is to crop the molecular structures in the patent into pictures one by one, insert them into the form, and then manually fill in the biological activity data into the form. The disadvantages of this approach are: (1) The cropping of the structural image and the extraction of the activity data are both heavy workloads, which usually take several hours; (2) It is impossible to perform multi-dimensional automatic data analysis on the SAR table generated by this method. Instead, it relies entirely on the manual summarization of medicinal chemists. In order to solve this problem, AlphaMa Biotech uses its unique compound structure recognition technology to create a convenient AI-assisted patent analysis tool-PatMap. With it, users can export the structure and activity data in the patent to SDF format in a short time with just a few simple mouse clicks, so as to perform multi-dimensional SAR analysis in any cheminformatics tool.
PatMap is an interactive and highly automated patent analysis software built by AlphaMa based on technologies such as parallel computing and virtualization. The whole system is based on the standard B/S architecture, supports Chrome and other mainstream browsers and is highly operable. PatMap integrates multiple advanced development technologies such as data caching, object storage, containerization, microservices, messaging mechanisms, and application virtualization. By calling the cloud computing deployment model, it can dynamically schedule system resources to meet the needs of different business scenarios and support High concurrency while taking into account the reliability of the services.
PatMap patent analysis
1. Automatic identification of chemical structure
After the user uploads the patent document, PatMap can automatically locate and identify all the chemical structures contained in the document.
2. Molecular structure posture maintenance
All analyzed molecular structures are completely consistent with the molecular postures in the original patent text.
3. Various ways to view molecules
Provides 4 different molecular viewing methods, including full text, current page, selection and matched, to meet user needs in different scenarios.
4. Accurately identify abbreviations and complex structures
For abbreviations and complex molecular structures contained in patents, PatMap can also restore them well.
5. Structure-based search
Structure searches of identified molecules can be performed using a variety of structure-based searches, with support for search history archives.
6. Structure Editor
Built-in full-featured structure editor, which can edit the few misidentified structures.
7. Example ID is automatically generated
When selecting an example molecule, the Example ID can be automatically generated according to custom rules, which greatly reduces the burden of manual labeling.
8. Biological activity data extraction
It can analyze the biological activity data in the form specified by the user, and automatically match the activity data with the structure according to the Example ID, eliminating the burden of manual filling.
9. Multiple export formats supported
For the selected Example molecules, their structure and activity data can be exported in SDF or XLS format for subsequent analysis.
10. Operation state saving and restoration
The PatMap system will save all historical jobs and operation status of the user, so that the user can return to process at any time.
On the AlphaMa platform, the billing mode is based on annual subscription or divided tasks, and users can use it on demand.
API interface mode
AlphaMa provides the API interface for the PatMap system, and the interaction platform is designed and completed by users themselves.
Dedicated deployment mode
Install all services and functions on the user-dedicated server to speed up task processing, and users have full management and use rights.
